Almost 20 years ago, Pam joined First Choice Real Estate (now Coldwell Banker), the leading Real Estate office in Queens. An associate broker with heavy focus in Fresh Meadows, Flushing, Bayside, Jamaica Estates and Hollis Hills, Pam has been one of the top producers in her agency almost since she began. Pam later moved from First Choice Real Estate (now Coldwell Banker) over to REMAX/Universal in Bayside, to serve all her customers. Pam has been living in Fresh Meadows, Queens for over 50 years, growing up here and attending all of the local schools. Her children attended the same local schools. A product of the baby boom generation, she was raised during a time of values and diligence and typified a hard working modern businesswomen whose only goal was to provide her family and their future generations with a future more robust than her own.

Before entering the business of real estate, Pam worked in another business for 10 years. TOP JOB TAG SALES was one of the first Tag Sale services in New York City and also one of the very first businesses of its kind. She was overwhelmingly successful at selling the contents of people's homes or apartments in only one day's time for estate purposes or simply a general move. Feeling she had reached a time for change, Pam began to enter the real estate business where she could start from the ground up with no safety net. It would be a new challenge to do well in a field they she was brand new to. To this day, Pam still gets requests to hold Tag Sales for her clients whose houses she sells. Therefore, she is able to combine her old business with her new.

Since the time she first joined First Choice Real Estate (now Coldwell Banker located in Fresh Meadows Queens) she made her mark on the real estate industry. Her market savvy and 30 years of experience in sales has given her a reputation for leaving customers satisfied. She has appeared in articles in such newspapers as noteworthy as the New York Times. In 1985 went on with her associate and friend Paula to form the popular real estate team of Pam & Paula. In 2001 Pam embarked on a solo career in real estate as Pam Dickman, Associate Broker. This past year alone Pam was able to close over 75 transactions. Pam's large success is no mystery: she simply provides professional quality service to her clients both sellers, and buyers alike!
